What happens if my book has a printing error?+
We've got you. If there's a genuine printing defect (misprints, missing pages, binding issues), we'll reprint and reship at no cost. Just email us with photos within 14 days of delivery.
What if my file gets rejected?+
Our AI agent Guttenberg checks your PDF before you pay anything. If there's an issue (wrong dimensions, low resolution, bleed problems), you'll know immediately with clear guidance on how to fix it. No surprises.
How do I know my book will look right?+
Order a proof copy first. It's the exact same book your customers will receive. Approve it, then go live. We don't print customer orders until you've signed off.
What if a customer's order gets lost in shipping?+
Every order has tracking. If it's genuinely lost (not just delayed), we'll work with the printer to resolve it. You're not on the hook for shipping carrier issues.
Can I update my book after it's live?+
Absolutely. Upload a new interior or cover anytime. Existing orders ship with the version at time of purchase. New orders get the update. No fees to update.
What content is allowed?+
We welcome creative, educational, and personal works. We don't print adult content, hate speech, cult recruitment materials, or content promoting violence. We're a Buddhist bun. No hate, no harm. Tranquilo.
How fast do I get paid?+
Earnings are available for withdrawal 14 days after an order is marked delivered. This covers the return window. After that, it's your money.
What if I need to cancel an order?+
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they hit production. After that, the printer's already working on it. We keep things moving fast.
Do I need an ISBN?+
Not required. If you have one, great—add it. If you don't, your book still prints and ships. ISBNs matter for bookstore distribution, not for direct sales.
What countries do you ship to?+
140+ countries through our print partner network. Books are printed as close to the destination as possible to minimize shipping time and cost.
